Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at the International School of the Healing Arts (“ISHA”)! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during the holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this instance, please also allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Mail carrier delays can occasionally occur. Please contact your local post office if you are concerned about the delivery of your package. ISHA is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other mail carrier.
Please make sure to review your shipping information before submitting your order. ISHA is not responsible for the input of incorrect shipping addresses. If you need to make a change to your information, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by a member of our staff.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (INTERNATIONAL)
ISHA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Any order that is denied, held, or destroyed due to non-compliance with your country’s customs regulations are the customers responsibility.
ISHA is not responsible for lost packages or delays in mailing. If you have not received your package, and the tracking number marks it as delivered, please contact your local post office for more information or to file a claim.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us. We will either provide a replacement or file a claim with the mailer. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. You may be asked to supply a photograph of the damage.
We do not accept returns for books. However, we do allow for replacements and refunds of damaged items at our discretion. For information on cancellation of Dr Morse’s Services please contact email@example.com.
