County Constitutions is an innovative American civics education textbook written to achieve the following objectives:
- Serving as an excellent home study guide for both adults and children to gain a truly empowering civics education
- Building our vocabulary and understanding of the language of civics
- Providing a philosophical frame of reference for understanding our political beliefs and values, and discerning truth from propaganda
- Establishing citizen policymaking and representative accountability
- Restoring the proper structure and functioning of our republic to where it genuinely serves and protects our rights and interests
- Raising awareness about our traditional English common law participatory governmental institutions, their vital roles in county government, and the fact that the American colonists governed themselves through county participatory government for over 150 years before creating a national government under the Constitution
- Informing citizens about the failure of our state and national constitutions to articulate and protect our county participatory governmental institutions, and how this defect precipitated the rise of unchecked unconstitutional policies and public corruption
- Empowering We the People to pick up where our Founding Fathers left off in the late 1700s in their effort to create a properly-functioning republic, by amending our county charters with a Declaration of Political Rights that turns them into county constitutions which correct the deficiencies in our state and national constitutions
- Restoring fully-functioning county public militias, including their traditional roles in protecting our communities, the integrity of our juries, and the integrity of our elections by conducting them
- Restoring our political voice by using citizen-generated county ballot initiatives to create public policies and standards for public conduct, then forcing these policies and standards upwards to our state and national legislatures to become enacted as public laws
- Restoring fully-functioning county grand and petit juries, then using our juries to restore justice in our courts and enforce representative compliance with our constitutions, laws, policies, and public will
